What is the cancellation policy?
To cancel you should send an email to the residence where you booked with the reason for the cancellation and the returns will be as follows:
- 45 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, the deposit is returned but not the registratin fee
- Between 44 and 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period, the first monthly instalment will be returned while the registration fee and the deposit won’t be returned
- For cancellations less than 29 days prior to the beginning of the rental, the registration fee, deposit and first monthly instalment won’t be returned.
