Usually within a day. Verification is the only step between paying and going live, and it normally completes the same day.
How do students contact me? +
Every enquiry appears in your account with the student's full contact details, and you get an email notification with the same information. You reach out through the details the student shared: there is no middleman, and you handle viewings and agreements as normal.
Do you take commission? +
No. You pay the monthly fee and that is all. We never take a cut of the rent, and there are no contracts or notice periods.
Can I cancel or pause any time? +
Yes. Many landlords pause once their rooms are filled and come back next season. Your account and listings are kept, so restarting takes a minute.
